Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though spacious and well-equipped, faced a noisy main road bringing in stale air and cigarette smells. On the upside, the staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel offers clean, tidy, safe, and comfortable rooms. The hospitable staff provides services like room service, bicycle hire, and laundry. Although the location is near the metro station, it is far outside Rome's borders. The dining options vary from continental breakfast to limited choices. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was nice and clean, had spacious rooms, and the staff was helpful and fun. However, the location required some effort to reach from major transport hubs. The dining options were good but not exceptional.
The hotel didn't live up to the pictures; it's not as nice as expected and lacks a safe in the non-smoking rooms. However, the staff, despite limited English, goes above and beyond to help, even drawing out a day tour on a city map. A bit of a hit or miss experience overall.
